RETURN CLAIM POLICY
o   If you are not satisfied with your TSWEAVES on-line purchase you may return the goods within 3 days of the order delivery date.
o   Product must be returned unused and in it's original packaging, with the price & other Tags intact. The entire return and refund process will be completed within 20 days from the date of intimation.
o   You will be given an equivalent amount of money in the form of voucher or a product or refund of Money to bank account.  You decide, and we are good with what works for you.
o   Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. Its sounds harsh, but its just to deter people from doing some mischief. Majority of us will never get impacted*.

*Return courier charges of Rs. 120 per product applicable.
